      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with inquiries and insurance policies
      - Share expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
      - Demonstrate empathy and care for customers involved in accidents while setting up new claim reports
      - Support customers with billing questions, coverage, rates, and policy reviews
      - Offer additional products to customers based on their needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
      - Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
      - For sales positions: Property & Casualty license (or the ability to obtain one during training)
      - Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
      - Designated workspace free from noise and distractions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or sales within the insurance industry
      - Knowledge of insurance products and claims processes
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with remote work technology and requirements
      - Bilingual skills beyond Spanish and English
