What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert knowledge of Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
- Assist customers with inquiries, policy needs, and additional product offerings
- Care for customers recently in accidents by demonstrating empathy and setting up new claim reports
- Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers
- Navigate multiple computer systems to provide efficient service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience
- Property & Casualty license for sales roles
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work evening hours and weekends as needed
- Designated workspace free from distractions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Additional languages spoken
- Experience in the insurance industry
