      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with insurance inquiries and policy needs
      - Share expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate coverage
      - Demonstrate empathy while managing claims for customers involved in accidents
      - Navigate multiple computer systems to effectively address customer concerns
      - Offer additional products to customers during interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
      - Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
      - For sales positions, possession of a Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one during training
      - Ability to work a schedule including weekends and evening hours after training
      - Designated workspace that is free from noise and distractions

      - Experience in a customer service or sales role
      - Familiarity with insurance products and services
      - Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
      - Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of additional languages can enhance communication with diverse clients
