What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with insurance inquiries and policy needs
- Share expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
- Demonstrate empathy and support to customers involved in accidents while setting up new claim reports
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Offer additional products and services to customers based on their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- For sales roles: Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain during training
- Ability to work a schedule that includes a weekend day and evening hours after training
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions, with high-speed internet connection

- Experience in a customer service or sales role within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Previous experience working from home in a remote environment
- Bilingual proficiency beyond English and Spanish
