What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service support in Spanish and English
- Address customer inquiries regarding coverage, rates, billing, and policy reviews
- Assist customers with setting up new claim reports
- Offer additional products to customers
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work evening hours and weekends as needed
- Strong multitasking and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a bilingual customer service role
- Additional language proficiency
