What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails according to established scripts
- Provide excellent customer service and product consultation to both internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service
- Process orders, respond to inquiries, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems
- Learn and reinforce product knowledge to assist customers effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in navigating multiple websites while assisting customers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Assistive Technology, such as JAWS, ZoomText, or Fusion, for visual adaptation
- Ability to type 30 words per minute
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
