      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment
      - Make and receive calls to patients regarding their accounts while working towards resolutions
      - Meet or exceed established metric goals for performance
      - Reference patient health information to address questions and update client systems
      - Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations regarding collections policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment
      - Willingness to submit to a background check
      - High integrity and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and FDCPA
      - Experience with medical billing or claims processing
      - Proficiency in PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      - Positive attitude and ability to demonstrate teamwork
