      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers regarding healthcare services
      - Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange
      - Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and CRM software to deliver excellent service
      - Navigate and effectively use various online systems to assist consumers
      - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have your own computer (Bring Your Own Device - BYOD)
      - Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
      - Ability to navigate and utilize various online systems effectively
      - Must be available for flexible shifts as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or healthcare-related fields
      - Bilingual skills in additional languages
      - Familiarity with Medicaid and health insurance enrollment processes
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
