What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide crucial information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers
- Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange
- Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and CRM software to deliver exceptional service
- Navigate and effectively use various online systems to assist consumers
- Solve problems and address customer inquiries with a customer-centric approach
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have your own computer (Bring Your Own Device - BYOD)
- Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to effectively navigate and utilize various online systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with healthcare services and enrollment processes
