      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide crucial information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers regarding healthcare services
      - Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange
      - Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver high-quality service
      - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience
      - Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have your own computer (BYOD - Bring Your Own Device)
      - Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
      - Ability to navigate and utilize various online systems effectively
      - Availability for the required training and flexible shift hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
      - Familiarity with Medicaid and health insurance enrollment processes
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment
