What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product specifications, and policies
- Offer technical support for TotalBoat products using the Product Support Knowledge Base
- Recommend complementary products to enhance the customer sales experience
- Document and log customer issues and performance anomalies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in customer support
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Google Suite; familiarity with Epicor Eclipse ERP is a plus
- Must be able to work on Eastern time

- Familiarity with boat repair, woodworking, making, or DIY projects
- Eagerness to learn and improve within the role
