      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Develop objectives for the call center's day-to-day activities
      - Review quality performance measurements and provide input for coaching performance action plans
      - Collect and analyze contact center statistics to evaluate performance and costs
      - Work cross-functionally with other leaders to stay up to date with factors that may impact service levels
      - Align IT projects and strategies with the customer's business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Three (3) - Five (5) Years of Dialer/Collections experience
      - Comprehensive knowledge of automobile financing processes
      - Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
      - Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Previous experience in Servicing
      - Previous experience in the Automotive industry
