      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their missing pets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous call center experience is required
      - High School diploma or GED is required
      - Must be at least 18 years old
      - Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
      - If working remotely, a quiet designated work area at home is necessary

      - Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a high-pressure environment
