      • Hire, onboard, train, and provide continued coaching for Call Center employees
      • Oversee members of the Call Center support team and provide continued leadership development
      • Analyze Call Center data and prepare reports to track and identify trends
      • Evaluate Call Center performance and develop ongoing training plans
      • Lead Call Center meetings and Franchisee presentations
      • Manage staffing to meet or exceed payroll budget

      (Required qualifications)
      • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of Call Center Management in a fast-paced call center.
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
        • Familiarity with Windows OS, phone systems, and call center software.
        • Proven experience in scheduling and managing hourly employees; experience managing remote employees is preferred.
      • Skills:
        • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, franchisees, and colleagues.
        • Communication: Communicate effectively and efficiently, both verbally and in writing.
        • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers and franchisees with enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach.
        • Performance Drive: Demonstrate a strong drive to meet and exceed call center performance metrics.
        • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with the Call Center Management Team to achieve common goals.
        • Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
        • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.


      • Education: A Bachelors' Degree in communications, business management, or a related field. (Extensive work experience in Call Center Management may substitute for Bachelors' Degree).
      • Schedule / in-office requirements: Remote

      • Schedule: Works 5 days a week with availability to work weekend days. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays.
