      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly agent scheduling and resource planning to maximize productivity
      - Oversee and implement quality assurance (QA) programs and assessments
      - Collect, analyze, and evaluate call center statistics to prepare performance reports
      - Monitor and improve support request handling and transfer processes
      - Maintain and enhance call center operations through action plans and process improvement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a call center manager or in a similar position
      - Demonstrated competence in call center staff scheduling intricacies
      - Proficient in call center equipment and software programs (call handling/routing software, CRM’s, IVR’s, etc.)
      - Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
      - Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Pertinent and related call center certifications
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
