What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects in the dental, chiropractic, and medical spaces
- Maintain 3-4 hours of daily talk time while achieving a 70%+ appointment show rate
- Follow proven scripts and customize them to drive appointments effectively
- Book qualified appointments directly into client calendars and track performance in the CRM
- Handle objections confidently in a high-rejection environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting
- Experience working with CRM systems and following structured shifts
- Proven ability to meet or exceed daily quotas and KPIs
- Comfortable with sales scripts and adapting them in real-time
- Must have a quiet home office setup, dual monitors, high-speed internet, and a backup power supply
