What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing the Opus Health program
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means
- Assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
- Recognize operational challenges and make recommendations to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certification
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
