What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means
- Quickly assess user issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolution-specific information and escalate unresolved issues as needed
- Suggest operational improvements to management based on recognized challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certification
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Previous experience in a pharmacy support role
