What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete the TI University training program, demonstrating proficiency in travel consulting skills
- Handle client inquiries and manage travel reservations with limited supervision
- Assess client needs and develop tailored travel plans and solutions
- Accurately resolve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous client service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Solid digital literacy, including proficiency with internet, chat, and email tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client service focus

- Experience in a travel-related role or familiarity with travel planning principles
