What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote work environment
- Accurately gather and document pet medical information and schedule appointments
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while guiding emotional conversations
- Adhere to schedules and meet performance expectations, including attendance and deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom
- Previous experience in a remote work setting with minimal peer interactions
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must be punctual and present for the entire duration of scheduled shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the veterinary industry or with pet care services
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emotional conversations with empathy
- Previous experience with remote training programs
- Knowledge of pet health and wellness
