      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to phone inquiries from the public regarding non-emergency services
      - Provide customer service and information to callers while managing a high volume of calls
      - Take complaints and service requests, forwarding them for further action
      - Enter inquiries, complaints, and requests into appropriate computer systems
      - Perform related clerical and computer support work

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Availability to work shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
      - Ability to sit for extended periods while using a headset and managing calls
      - Strong listening skills to understand and respond to caller inquiries
      - Capability to type information accurately while handling calls

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center or customer service role
      - Familiarity with computer systems and call management software
      - Strong judgment skills, particularly in high-pressure situations
      - Ability to maintain calm and clarity while communicating with callers
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
