What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote work setting
- Gather and document pet medical information and schedule appointments accurately
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards consistently
- Guide emotional conversations with pet families in a calm and compassionate manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, including Gmail and Zoom
- Previous experience in a remote work environment with minimal peer interactions
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must be punctual and present for scheduled shifts, attending mandatory training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with customer service best practices in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Experience with call center technology or software
- Knowledge of pet care or veterinary terminology
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy in customer interactions
