What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer all inbound calls professionally and with a customer service-oriented approach
- Follow up on calls, document messages, and handle soft transfers as needed
- Assist with appointment scheduling, including follow-ups on missed appointments
- Triage calls to determine the nature of requests and escalate as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Call Center Representative in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a medical or community mental health setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software and manage difficult client interactions
