What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule patient appointments using the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Respond to patient inquiries about services, billing, and appointment availability
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information during calls
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience in a call center setting
- 1-2 years of customer service, quality, and/or auditing experience
- Must be bilingual in English and one additional language (e.g., Spanish, Russian, Chinese)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
