      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advocate on behalf of members and assist them in navigating the managed care system
      - Resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels
      - Maintain computer systems through data entry and resource upkeep
      - Coordinate special projects and events for the Call Center Team and internal departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
      - Proficiency in MS Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
      - Customer service experience in a managed care environment preferred
      - Familiarity with IDX system is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a Healthcare setting
      - Customer service experience in a managed care environment
      - IDX system experience
