What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment
- Accurately gather and document pet medical information while scheduling appointments
- Maintain productivity, quality, and performance standards
- Guide emotional conversations with pet families in a calm and supportive manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and other programs, including Gmail and Google Calendar
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must be punctual and committed to attending a mandatory 4-week intensive training program
