What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote setting
- Gather and document pet medical information while scheduling appointments effectively
- Maintain performance standards in productivity and quality
- Navigate emotional conversations with pet families in a calm and supportive manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and other programs such as Gmail and Zoom
- Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must be punctual and present for scheduled shifts, including mandatory training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in veterinary services or animal care
- Familiarity with call center software and tools
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy in customer interactions
- Ability to manage stress in high-pressure situations
- Previous experience with remote work environments
