What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment
- Gather and accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to performance metrics
- Guide emotional conversations with pet families in a calm and compassionate manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail and Zoom
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting attendance and performance standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with veterinary care or related services
- Experience using Five9 or similar call center software
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Previous training experience in customer service roles
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
