      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
      - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
      - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through effective communication
      - Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and follow-ups to ensure resolution
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent customer service abilities and a track record of over-achieving sales quotas
      - Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
      - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
      - Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
      - Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish
      - Strong analytical skills and data entry proficiency
