What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with pet families
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls while working from home
- Gather and document pet medical information and schedule appointments accurately
- Maintain productivity and performance standards while demonstrating dependability and sound judgment
- Facilitate emotional conversations with pet families in a calm and respectful manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, including Gmail and Zoom
- Previous experience in a work-from-home setting with minimal peer interactions
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must be punctual and present for work every day for the entire duration of the shift
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience attending mandatory training programs and adhering to performance standards
- Familiarity with using tools such as Google Calendar and Google Maps
