- Punctuality and reliability in meeting performance requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role related to veterinary or healthcare services
- Familiarity with call center technologies, such as Five9 or Zoom
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy when dealing with sensitive situations
