What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment
- Gather and document pet medical information accurately and schedule appointments
- Guide emotional conversations with pet families in a calm and compassionate manner
- Meet all productivity, quality, and performance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, including Gmail and Zoom
- Previous experience in a work-from-home setting with minimal peer interactions
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must be punctual and present for work every day for the entire shift
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with various software applications and tools used in customer service
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting
