Job Description
- Req#: 1181
- Answer incoming provider and member calls regarding eligibility, benefits summaries, and other general insurance inquires.
- Assist providers and members with questions regarding claim status and other billing concerns.
- Thoroughly document all provider and member interactions
- Maintain departmental KPI's, as defined by the Call Center Manager
- Maintain or exceed all departmental and/or campaign SLA's
- Adhere to all corporate and client mandatory trainings, privacy and security protocols, time entry requirements, attendance and leave time policies and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- Health insurance background (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience (required)
