      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle all customer contacts by phone accurately and professionally
      - Respond to customer inquiries, providing first contact resolution
      - Educate participants on program processes, timelines, and requirements
      - Accurately record call log notations in the system of record
      - Defuse and deescalate irate customers to ensure a positive experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma is required
      - Minimum of two years of progressively responsible work experience
      - Experience with a public agency or related work in social or community service preferred
      - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
      - Strong computer and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Education equivalent to a two-year degree from a regionally accredited institution in Public Administration, Social Science, or a closely related field
      - Excellent interpersonal skills for conducting participant interviews
      - Previous experience in a customer service role within social services
