What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, averaging 70-90 calls per day
- Schedule appointments, answer questions, and troubleshoot problems for callers
- Engage in active listening and provide solutions to address caller needs and complaints
- Utilize software and tools to efficiently manage caller inquiries
- Adhere to company policies and strive to meet call center performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, or 0-1 year in a call center environment
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette and customer service principles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software, along with strong typing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
