What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, averaging approximately 70-90 calls per day
- Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries, complaints, or issues from callers
- Engage in active listening and provide accurate information to ensure caller satisfaction
- Utilize software and tools to effectively assist clients and meet call center metrics
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, or 0-1 year of call center experience
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette and customer service basics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software, along with strong typing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with healthcare services or products
