What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to address their needs
- Field calls and transfer them to the appropriate department efficiently
- Work with the Tier 2 team to escalate and resolve customer technical issues
- Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management
- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of related experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Familiarity with order processing systems and contact management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and handle inquiries with a sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task, including talking and typing simultaneously
