      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Effectively listen to and address patient needs to convert inquiries into booked appointments while achieving high patient satisfaction scores
      - Engage empathetically with patients, ensuring comfort and reassurance, especially during distressing situations
      - Utilize technology and knowledge base content to enhance the patient experience and provide accurate information about services
      - Collaborate with marketing, operations, technical teams, and clinic staff to improve patient experience and resolve issues
      - Maintain accurate information capture and disposition of interactions to facilitate data analysis and feedback for improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED; college degree preferred
      - Minimum 2-3 years of customer support experience and at least 1 year of inbound contact center experience
      - Demonstrated success in roles measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
      - Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace at home and a reliable high-speed internet connection
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
