      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with pet families
      - Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote setting
      - Document pet medical information accurately and schedule appointments efficiently
      - Maintain productivity, quality, and performance standards consistently
      - Guide emotional conversations with pet families in a calm and respectful manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
      - Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom
      - Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
      - High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
      - Must be punctual and present for scheduled shifts, including attendance at a mandatory 4-week training program

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a veterinary or animal care-related field
      - Familiarity with using communication tools like Five9
      - Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards pet families
      - Ability to handle sensitive conversations with care and professionalism
      - Previous experience in a remote customer service role
