      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and appropriate routing
      - Provide excellent customer service while greeting and engaging patients and external sources
      - Verify insurance benefits and assist with referral management and authorization requirements
      - Schedule and coordinate appointments for a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring patient preferences are met
      - Maintain accurate patient information in the practice management system and assist with medical records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
      - Active CPR certification
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse populations
      - Team-oriented with a passion for improving healthcare delivery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a Patient Centered Medical Home
      - Familiarity with ECW (Electronic Health Records) preferred
      - Demonstrated respect for and experience with culturally diverse communities
