- Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment
- Document pet's medical information accurately and schedule appointments
- Guide emotional conversations in a calm and peaceful manner
- Adhere to productivity, quality, and performance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume or customer service environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes
- Punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts
- Must attend mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual background
- Previous call center experience
