What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote work environment
- Accurately gather and document pet medical information and schedule appointments
- Maintain punctuality and meet all performance standards, including attendance
- Guide emotional conversations with pet families in a calm and compassionate manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and other programs, such as Gmail and Zoom
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or with minimal peer interactions
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment

- Experience with customer service in the veterinary or pet care industry
