      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and assist callers with inquiries related to the City Colleges
      - Respond to information requests via telephone, live chat, and email
      - Maintain logs of phone and email activities regarding inquiries from marketing leads
      - Advise students on educational planning, curriculum choices, and financial assistance processes
      - Conduct call campaigns to support recruitment, retention, and completion efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or equivalent education with three years of experience in customer service; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Must provide a stable internet environment with a minimum speed of 300 Mbps for remote work
      - Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and administrative skills
      - Ability to work well with internal and external constituents and handle situations with tact and diplomacy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of City Colleges of Chicago's marketing functions and operations
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
