      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate or handle calls with customers, providing assistance and support
      - Help customers improve their financial situations by understanding their needs and responding with empathy
      - Educate customers on account terms and payment plans
      - Negotiate and offer repayment solutions that suit both the consumer and the business
      - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of accounts to ensure proper follow-up

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be authorized to work in the United States
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Proficiency in Windows operating system
      - Strong typing skills and customer service experience
      - Knowledge of financial concepts and familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a call center or similar role
      - Understanding of medical terminology and billing procedures
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
