- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Bilingual abilities are a plus...we serve clients in multiple languages and value diverse linguistic skills
- At least 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
