What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Enter patient demographics, insurance, and referral information into the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Cancel and reschedule appointments as needed
- Maintain and adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager/Director

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of prior medical office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
