What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and handle calls with customers by phone
- Assist customers in improving their financial position through empathetic solutions
- Educate customers on account terms and payment plans
- Negotiate repayment solutions that suit both the consumer and the business
- Provide accurate documentation of accounts to ensure proper follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in the Windows operating system
- Strong typing skills and customer service experience
- Knowledge of financial concepts and familiarity with accounts receivable and payable processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a call center or similar role
- Understanding of medical terminology and billing procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
