What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide effective customer service to internal and external customers using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs
- Communicate effectively to identify customer needs and respond with urgency
- Field calls and transfer them to the appropriate department quickly
- Collaborate with Tier 2 team on escalated technical issues
- Track and escalate unresolved issues to management while following established guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of related experience or training, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service roles
- Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, order processing systems, and contact management systems
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
