      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate or handle calls with customers by phone
      - Assist customers in improving their financial situation by understanding their needs and providing empathetic solutions
      - Educate customers on account terms and payment plans
      - Negotiate repayment solutions that benefit both the consumer and the business
      - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions for proper follow-up

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
      - Authorized to work in the United States
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Strong typing skills and proficiency in the Windows operating system
      - Customer service experience and knowledge of financial concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
      - Prior experience in a call center or similar role
      - Understanding of medical terminology and billing procedures
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
