      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate or handle calls with customers by phone
      - Help customers improve their financial position by understanding their situation and creating solutions
      - Educate customers on account terms and payment plans
      - Negotiate and offer repayment solutions that best suit both the consumer and the business
      - Provide accurate and detailed documentation of accounts to ensure proper follow-up

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
      - Authorized to work in the United States
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Customer service experience
      - Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in the Windows operating system
      - Strong typing skills
      - Prior experience in a call center or similar role
      - Understanding of medical terminology and billing procedures
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
